支店長が対応してくれましたが、特に悪い印象は受けませんでした。
法律事務所という仕事柄、あまりウキウキニコニコするものでもないと思いますので、悪印象なければ100点なのではないでしょうか。

The branch manager responded, but I didn't feel particularly bad.
