吉	吉永法夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 分譲マンションの雨漏り調査の時に、指定した時間に担当者が来ませんでした。エントランスからケイタイで連絡をとり、遅れて担当者が来ましたが、謝罪がないどころか、挨拶も無し、名刺も出しません。専有部分で雨漏りの状況確認をしている時に、当方が一級建築士であること告げると、担当者の態度が急変し、帰るときは『失礼します！』と言って、去って行った。なんだ、挨拶きちんと出来るんだ・・。肩書や役職名で、態度を変えると感じました。【追記1】 9階に屋上があることを、管理会社は約20年間、気付いていませんでした。当然、清掃や点検も行っていません。 10階建てで、西側に道路斜線制限があり、7階からセットバックしていいる分譲マンションです。 9階エレベーターホールに取っ手が撤去され、開かないように細工されたスチールドアがある為、図面を確認したところ、9階屋上の点検口だと判りました。【追記2】漏水の示談書に、勝手に署名捺印されていました。『有印私文書偽造』という立派な犯罪です。犯人は管理会社の担当者でした。 The person in charge did not come at the designated time when investigating the leak of the condominium. The handle was removed from the elevator hall on the 9th floor, and there was a steel door that was crafted to prevent it from opening, so when I checked the drawings, I found that it was an inspection door on the roof of the 9th floor. [Addition 2] The leaked settlement was signed and stamped without permission. It is a fine crime called "forgery of privately signed documents". The criminal was the person in charge of the management company.
