★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 司法書士会に女性の司法書士を紹介してもらい相談しに行きました。
こちらが質問してもわからないようで席を外して調べに行って10分、部厚い専門書？を持って帰ってきてパラパラめくって5分。やっと答えてくれましたが弁護士に確認するとその答えは間違っていました。
それでも親身になってくれたらよかったのですが…「裁判の手続き等は自分でやってくれ。詳しそうじゃないですか？！」と言われやる気もない感じで不快な思いをして帰りました。
裁判が素人でも簡単にできることなら最初から相談に行きませんし、そもそも裁判をしなくても解決できるように知恵を借りに行ってて…切羽詰まってきてるのにとても悲しかったです。

If even an amateur can easily make a trial, I wouldn't go to the consultation from the beginning, and I went to borrow wisdom so that I could solve it without a trial in the first place ... I was very sad that I was in dire straits.
