元々ホールだった場所を壁で簡単に仕切っただけなので音は気になりました。
場所は駅の近くで利用しやすい場所でした
 We used at meeting.
The sound was worrisome because the place that was originally the hall was simply divided by the wall.
The place was easy to use near the station

長岡駅が近いので電車で来るぶんには問題ないと思います。しかし欲を言えば、駐車場の提携があると嬉しいです。
It was used at a meeting.
Since Nagaoka station is near, I don't think it's a problem if you come by train. But if I want to, I would be happy if there was a parking lot partnership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会議室などの部屋を借りることができます。前日に予約しても自分の場合は空いていて、予約を取ることができました。また、4階では机や椅子などもあるため、高校生や中学生が勉強などに使っている様子も見られます。
ただ、自販機が無い階などもあったり、セブンイレブンや、ローソンなどが少し遠いため、途中で行きたくなった場合に少し不便に感じることもあります。
以上の点から、星4つとさせていただきました。
You can rent rooms such as conference rooms. Even if I made a reservation the day before, I was free and I was able to make a reservation. There are also desks and chairs on the 4th floor, so you can see high school and junior high school students studying.
However, there are some floors where there are no vending machines, and since 7-Eleven and Lawson are a bit far away, you may feel a little inconvenient if you want to go along the way.
From the above points, I was given 4 stars.

会議で利用しました。ここはどういう施設なのでしょうか？どういうというのはスタッフさんが若干お役所の方のような雰囲気を醸し出していました。駅からも近く、施設も使いやすく全く問題ないのですが、1つのイベントに対して担当者は固定してもらった方が良いように思います。打ち合わせのたびに同じ話をしなければいけません（泣）。

It is near the station and it is easy to use facilities and there is no problem at all, but I think it would be better to have the person in charge fixed for one event. The interior of the building was bright and clean. I was worried that the bulletin board had deteriorated, peeled off, and was hung.

時間はおおよそ夕方〜22:00、室と開放時間はその日の施設使用状況次第。Twitterで分かります⇨@machicam_n
ただし、第1、3火曜日は休館日のため開放なし。
自習室での飲食、会話は不可。4階をご利用ください。
テスト期間になると高校生の利用率が増して席が足りないことも。

Self-study room will be opened on the day.
Time is roughly in the evening ~ 22: 00, rooms and opening times depend on the facility use situation on that day. I understand it on Twitter ⇨ @ machicam_n
However, the first and third Tuesday are closed due to closed days.
Eating, drinking and conversation in the study room is impossible. Please use the 4th floor.
Also during the test period the high school students' utilization rate has increased and seats are not enough.
