It is a well-established bookstore in Ibaraki City. Although it is a private store, a new book comes in early. I think the study reference books are also substantial.

…近くにある茨木中学校（現：大阪府立茨木高等学校）の生徒で苦学生であった川端康成が、｢堀と虎谷のツケの支払いに苦しんだ｣という逸話が残っています。（虎谷=虎谷誠々堂書店：茨木市の老舗書店のひとつ）
…教科書とかを扱っているので、一般の書店としては、ちょっぴり弱い感じがします。店頭に無い本は、取り寄せて貰えば良いと思います。
…道路の新設・拡張工事のため、建物はビルになり、入り口も西向きから南向きに代わってしまっていて、康成ファンは残念なことだと思いますが、わずかに看板が当時の姿を留めています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川端康成さんも通った明治創業の本屋さんです。駐車場も数台あり、阪急茨木市駅からも歩いて5分くらいです。茨木高校の前だからか文房具も置いていました。川端作品は他の本屋さんより少し多めです。
It is a bookstore founded in the Meiji era that Yasunari Kawabata also attended. There are several parking lots, and it is about a 5-minute walk from Hankyu Ibarakishi Station. I also put stationery because it was in front of Ibaraki High School. Kawabata's works are a little more than other bookstores.

It's a good spot because there are usually mook books that I missed buying. However, it is a little difficult to enter.
