It is said that the Inari company, which was in Kanda Otamagaike, was moved to the area in 1884 after it was burned down by the great fire following the Ansei earthquake.
Today, Otamagaike has no trace of it (it seems to have been completely reclaimed from the late Edo period, and the pond had disappeared completely at the end of the Edo period), and the "Honke" tamainari was located in Iwamotocho 2-chome. Compared to the fact that it is so quietly enshrined in the city, it is still in a residential area, but it is surrounded by trees and resembles a shrine.
In terms of history walks, the Shin Koiwa area, which I don't see much, is rude (Excuse me), but it's about 7 to 8 minutes from the station, and it's easy to get to the lively shopping district. Is also suitable.

A long time ago, there was a pond in Matsuda-cho, Kanda (a part of what is now Iwamoto-cho), a teahouse on the side of it, and a sign daughter called Odama. Two samurai pondered on the ball and began to contend that it was theirs. The kind-hearted ladle couldn't choose either, and threw himself into the pond and died. People built a company on the bank of the pond and struck it to soothe the spirit of the ball. Because the company disappeared due to the Great Ansei earthquake, it is now Otama Inari Shrine that has moved to Higashi Koiwa. (Source: “Katsushika Hundred Episode, Folktales and Legends of Katsushika City”, “Edo Famous Sites, etc.”)
If you like the legend, you can go to Kanda Iwamotocho. There is no pond anymore, but there is a parking lot named “Otamagaike” or a historic site: a monument on the shore of Otamagaike.

I don't know what else is so wonderful that you can enjoy the wonderful live performance of Gagaku in the New Year.

At Tama Inari Shrine, it is said that it started when it was solicited by Tama Inari Daimyojin at Kanda Otamagaike, and it was sent as a subsidiary company. After that, the company of Kanda was destroyed by the great earthquake of Ansei, so it was relegated to our company in 1871 (1871), and it was said to be your headquarters.
The god of worship is Kura Inada.
It is a small ground, but there are a lot of trees and it settles down. There is also a ginkgo tree for child care prayers.
The stairs are climbed up the stairs of the shrine and worshiped.
I thought it would not be possible to get a seal because it was not popular, but there is an interphone next to the hall, and if you press it, the shrine came out and you were able to respond carefully.

I visited for the first time in 6 years.
Although it is a small shrine, it has a quiet and nice atmosphere.
There is an intercom on the right side of the hall of worship for receiving gifts, etc., and if there is a shrine, you can handle it.
