★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕方ないのですが、予約優先ですと言われ、そんなに混んでないのに、1時間以上待たされる。どれぐらいまたされるかの案内を頂けたらよかった。

その間に、受付の人に断って買い物をすませても良いですし。戻ったときに受付の人に名乗れば大丈夫(*^^*)
臨機応変に出入りさせてもらえますよ。
私は個人的には先生は薬の説明をちゃんとしてくれるし、駄目な薬は何故、駄目なのか説明をしてくれるので納得ができます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長は穏やかな方です。細かく症状を聞いてくれます。
前に通っていた所は1分診察とかの時もあったので病院を変わってから不安はありましたが、暫くして困っていた症状がなくなり、だいぶ良くなってきました。
この病院(先生)ならと安心して通っています。
The director is a calm person. It will listen to your symptoms in detail.
I used to go to the hospital for a minute, so I was worried after changing hospitals, but after a while, the symptoms I was having trouble with disappeared and it has improved considerably.
I can go to this hospital (teacher) with peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インフルエンザの予防接種を受けたく電話しましたが、電話対応がひどすぎました。女性の方でした。
忙しいのか早く会話を終わらせたいのか知りませんが、わからないことを聞いているのに、めんどくさそうに対応されて、そんなことですが、一瞬でこのクリニックにかかりたくないと思いました。
一般企業ではないからマナー研修もされないんでしょうが、受付は第一印象なので、もう少し丁寧な対応をされたほうがいいと思います。
