★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人材を育成、出来ない、おばちゃんパワーの凄い所でした。あれでは新人は育ちませんね。入居の方たちが可哀想だとおもいます。入居希望の方は、よーく聞いて家族と相談して決めて下さい。沢山ホームが、あるこの、ご時世、目に見えているだけが真実とは限りません。ついの住処となる場所です。
