★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緑区でふたつある完全個室の施設のひとつ、当然緑区では新しい方の施設です
施設の中は綺麗でデイサービスもあります
しかし何処の施設でも問題はあるみたいで、そのひとつが人材です、いくらいい施設でも働く人がいないと、何処かにしわ寄せがでます、それを何とかカバーしながら運営をしていると思います
なので、スタッフが気付かない事、こちらが思う点、気になった事は、スタッフに言えば、改善してくれます、結論は本人もここに入居出来た事を日に日に喜んでいますし、私も安心しています
全てのスタッフがいいとも、悪いともいいませんが、私が知っているスタッフさんは感じのいいスタッフが沢山います、
