★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お多福の「ねぎ焼き」。中通り商店街の2階にあるお店。一見さんは入りにくいかもしれませんが、中は気さくなおばちゃんとおじちゃんが迎えてくれます。
お好み焼きメインで、ねぎ焼きもあるのが、この界隈では珍しい。 そして、ネギも青ネギではな、珍しく白ネギなんですよ。生地はしっとりしてます。
半分醤油、半分ソースでいただきました。・

Okonomiyaki is the main dish, and there are also onion grills, which are rare in this area. And the onion is not a green onion, it is an unusual white onion. The dough is moist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭い階段を登って店に入ります。通りを歩いていても、気をつけなければ通り過ぎると思います。
店に入れば、おばちゃんのいつも元気な声に迎えられます。
緊急事態宣言発令のため長い期間の休業となっていましたが、やっと再開となりましたので久しぶりに食べにきました。
こちらのお好み焼きは「呉焼き」といわれる半円形のお好み焼きです。
私がいつも注文するのは「お好みうどん」です。うどんといっても呉独特の細うどんですから、すんなりと食べれます。
いろいろとトッピングはありません。シンプルなお好み焼きですが私の大好きな店です。

This okonomiyaki is a semi-circular okonomiyaki called "Kure-yaki".
I always order "favorite udon". Udon is a thin udon that is unique to Kure, so you can eat it smoothly.
There are no toppings. It's a simple okonomiyaki, but it's my favorite restaurant.
