大体、朝の8:10くらいに通ると高頻度に車が歩道に止まってます。歩道自体そこまで広くないので、歩行者や自転車が通れる隙間がなく、車道側を通らないといけない(路側帯もほぼない)ので危険です。
正直、辞めてもらいたい。法律上、歩道いっぱいに駐車、停車するのは駄目だった気がするんですよね。
直らないようであれば、法的処置も考えます。
みんな迷惑してんですよ。
Can I stop parking on the sidewalk?
Cars frequently stop on the sidewalk when passing around 8:10 in the morning. Since the sidewalk itself is not so wide, there is no space for pedestrians and bicycles to pass through, and it is dangerous because you have to pass on the sidewalk (almost no roadside belt).
To be honest, I want you to quit. By law, I feel that it was not possible to park or stop on the sidewalk.
If that doesn't help, consider legal action.
Everyone is annoying.
