コロナの影響で人数制限しているせいで、混み合うことなく申告ができました。
パソコン入力も係員とワンツーマンで親切丁寧に入力指導していただけました。
3/16 I went to the final tax return.

確定申告で連日大変なのは承知ですが、来られた方に失礼な口調、なんなら怒鳴るレベルで対応する若い女性のスタッフが目につきました。
常陸太田市は高齢の多い市です。
パソコンで入力するのは不慣れな方が多いのはまだまだ当たり前な市です。
あの女性はボランティアで来られた方ですか？
お給料頂いて仕事してるなら本当どうかと思います。
ぶっきらぼうに淡々と説明し、「なんでこれくらいわからないの？」と思いながら説明してるのが手にとってわかるくらいの言い方で、
説明されてる方はただただどうしていいかわからず呆然とされてる様子でした。
声をかけに行こうかなと思った矢先、見かねた他のスタッフが優しく対応してる姿を見て、こちらは「あぁ良かった」と思いましたが本当に気分悪かったです。
市の評判落とし兼ねますし、引きました。
あの手の対応するスタッフをそのままにしておくのはなぜでしょう。悲しくなります。
常陸太田市は年配の方が多い市ですので、配慮して下さるスタッフで対応して頂きたいです。
忙しいのもわかります。
ここ数日大変だったのもわかります。
でもそちらは仕事ですよね？
お給料頂いてるならしっかりして頂きたいです。
