★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『ランテルナマジカ』（目黒）のカメリエレだった倉島さんと、姉妹店『ジュリアーノ』（白金）で料理長をしていた中村シェフが三田でタッグを組んだと聞いて、早速友人と行ってきました。
食べたもの

・・・久しぶりに会った友人と３時間も何を話したのかは今となっては点点の記憶ですが(^_^;)今でもはっきりと思いだせる味！友人と話した内容に勝った味の記憶！奇をてらう皿ではありません。何度食べても、何時食べても飽きる事のない日常のイタリア料理が並びます。お店は見渡せる広さで20席ほど。どこに座っても目の届く範囲で、倉島さんの付かず離れずの接客もやっぱり絶妙。本物を学んだお二人の作る料理と空間は「心地いい」の一言。つくづく「良い店がまた増えたなあ」と思いました。
それにしてもランテルナマジカ出身の皆さんがどんどんと素敵なお店を出店され、イタリア料理好きとしては嬉しい限りです！家族と行っても、友人と行っても、恋人と行っても、どんな場面にもマッチすると思います。紹介したお友達が口をそろえて「また行きたい！」と言ってくれるお店ばかりで、自分の株が上がったようで嬉しくなっちゃいます。

空豆のペーストとくたくたほうれん草はおかわりしたいくらい美味しく、パンにつけて食べるのが止まりませんでした笑
ホワイトアスパラと生ハムもびっくりするくらい相性がよくペロリといけました。
パスタはどちらも食感を楽しめる麺で、ソースとの相性もよかったです。
メインのチーズをポークで包んだお肉も、程よい柔らかさと脂がのっており、美味しくいただけました。
そして何より店員さんの感じがとても良く、おススメのワインを教えてくださったり、料理の分量を調節してくださりなど、終始気分良くお食事ができました。
