g	goro pikari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 尋ねなければ答えない、、問い合わせなければ窓口に来ない。先に声をかけることはなく常に受け身といった印象を持ちました。自分の机上のパソコンのディスプレィを見るのも業務でしょうが訪れた市民の対応が第１順位と思います。何か御用ですか？とか御用件は何ですか？とか先に声をかけを行えば来訪目的を先に把握できて窓口業務の迅速化にも繋がる気がします。毎日多数の市民に対応しなければならない職員さんかもしれませんが訪れる市民は年に1回あるかないかの頻度なんです。住民票１枚取るのすらお年寄りには大変な事だと思います。建物はとても立派でした。 If you do not ask, you will not answer. As I am taking care of my mother with dementia with a mental disability, I often don't understand it, but I'm grateful to have you explain it in soft words (though I don't cry). Becomes warm.
