★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに行った！焼き鳥にんにく頼んだら、にんにくが生焼けで、かなり不味かった！！キュウリの浅漬けも前とは変わってて、前の方が美味しかった！！扇屋事態の店員が若い子ばかりで焼き鳥も焼きにムラがある！！店員同士がおしゃべりしてて雰囲気がかなり悪い時がある！！移転する前の方が良かった！！あまり扇屋事態に行きたいとはもう思わないかも！？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回で2度目ですがいつ行っても大したことのないお店です。 食事が出てくるのも遅いし飲み物は注文してもなかなか来ないしそれで飲み放題で時間が来たらピタッと終わるという素晴らしいお店だと思います。 なんであの店に人が集まるのか全く理解しがたいです。 ちなみに私は 仲間の宴会がそこで行われるので 言っただけです。 自分が選ぶならまず絶対に選ばない店だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車椅子の方が入店される時に店員はドアはもちろん開けない。
それよりも傘立てがあったり長椅子があったりでそもそも車椅子は入るなよって言ってるみたいな出入口でした。
付き添いのお姉さんが一所懸命椅子を動かしたりしているのも見ていたはずですが店員は何もしませんでした。
店員は手を差し伸べる事も教育されないのですか？
何だこの店は？と思いました。
私の連れの方がサラッと手を差し伸べていて付き添いの方が何度も頭を下げられていたのが印象的なお店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜18時に来店しました。店内は半分ほどの客入り。でしたが、注文から出てくるまで15分ほど、呼び出しボタン押しても来てくれない。
ドリンク注文しても全然こない、ドリンク遅いのは致命的。
味は悪くないと思いますが、とにかく待ちが辛いです。
