ネット・EPARKアプリで予約（入店できる時間の予約ではなく、順番待ちの予約）可能。
予約せず来店すると、休日の夕食時は待ち時間が1時間以上になることがある。

注文は各席にセットされているタッチパネルで行う。
店員さんの応対は普通に丁寧。
寿司を渡してくれる店員さん（職人さん？）も愛想よい。

クレジットカード可。
PayPayなどは不可。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもは変わり種が有り美味しかったのですが、今回はコロナのせいか余りネタの種類は少なくなってました。?
また、節分ということもあり、持ち帰りの巻き寿司のビニール袋詰めがカウンターにズラッと並べてあり、見た目は正直店として汚らしく見えました。仕方がないのでしょうけどね?
また巻き寿司に人が割かれすぎたからか、ネタは一部干からびていてこれまたがっかりでした?
普段は美味しいお寿司屋さんでしたが、こういったイベントの日は行かない方がよいと勉強になりました?
通常は板さんが目の前の調理場で握ってくれる美味しいお店です。
駐車場も広く無料です。
普段は良いお店だったので今回は星3つにしましたが、上記のような状態が普段からあるようなら多分二度と行かないでしょう〜?もちろんそんな事に成り下がっていたら星１つです?

The parking lot is large and free.
It was usually a good shop, so I chose 3 stars this time, but if the above situation is normal, I probably won't go there again ~ ? Of course, if that happens, it's 1 star ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチセットとキツネうどん、馬肉のにぎりを頂きました。美味しいし、リーズナブルだと思います。コロナのせいか店内はお客さん少なかったですが、店員さんも元気で丁寧なので頑張って欲しいです。
I had a lunch set, fox udon, and horse meat rice balls. I think it's delicious and reasonably priced. There weren't many customers in the store, probably because of Corona, but the staff are also energetic and polite, so I want them to do their best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely get your money's worth here! I think we on average eat about 7-8 plates. Total came out to just over $50.
Seared Chu-toro (fatty tuna) topped with mayo is really good.
Seared Hotate (scallop) is awesome.
Seared salmon topped with melted cheese is also one of my favorites.
