お蕎麦はみずみずしく蕎麦の香りがきちんとしてとても美味しいかったです。たくさん食べたい人は大盛りかおかわりせいろという形になります。ワサビは自分ですります。レンコンのフライもサクサクとした揚げ方でとても美味しかったです

二貫の寿司は、脂がのって芳醇な味わいだ。
蕎麦は二八そばでキリッとした茹であがりだ。
天丼も美味しいタレで仕上がっている。

もう少し接客の仕方を勉強した方がいい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そばは、こしがつよめで、太さは中くらい、喉ごしがとても良い。そばの風味は強くはないが、ほのかに感じられる程度。せいろには生わさびもついている。メニューも多く、そばかうどんの選択もできる。 サイドメニューの鯖のバッテラも、生臭くなく昆布が中と上についていて、食べてほしい一品。酢のしめかたもちょうど良い。この価格設定ではかなり満足できる。
蕎麦湯のドロドロ系の感じが良かった。
くるみそばは、普通のせいろにクルミ、砂糖、味噌？を混ぜたものが出てくる。甘めである。胡麻は入ってないように感じた。郷土料理だとおもうが、これを蕎麦つゆに混ぜて食べる。食べ慣れない人は他のメニューの方がおすすめである。

約1年ぶりに2度目の訪問。
今回はたたき納豆ときざみオクラ卵黄添えそばと粗挽きせいろ、炙り〆鯖寿司と穴子寿司を注文。
穴子は身がふっくらでタレは甘め。これで140円は贅沢。炙り〆鯖も100円と思えないほど美味しかったです。
蕎麦はコシが強く噛みごたえがあり懐かしかったです。
他のサイドメニューも気になるので次回はサイドメニュー多めで二人でせいろ大盛りにしようかと思う。

This time, I ordered tataki natto, chopped okra with egg yolk, coarsely ground bamboo steamer, roasted mackerel sushi and anako sushi.
The conger eel is plump and the sauce is sweet. With this, 140 yen is a luxury. The roasted mackerel was so delicious that I couldn't believe it was 100 yen.
The buckwheat noodles were chewy and chewy, and I missed them.
I'm also curious about other side menus, so next time I'll try to make a large serving with a lot of side menus.
