上	上久神 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの市役所、手続きしたのに保険証をくれない。そのくせ税金だけは払えって、請求書だけはよこす。窓口の女性の人に、保険証自体もらってないと、何回いっても、「私はちゃんとやった」と上司に言い訳して、私を悪者扱いした。クズ役人の最低レベルだ。 The city hall here does not give me my health insurance card even though I have completed the procedure. Only the tax can be paid, and only the invoice is sent. No matter how many times I didn't get the insurance card from the woman at the counter, I made an excuse to my boss, "I did it properly," and treated me as a bad guy. R	Rug set on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マイナンバーカードの電子証明書の更新するために来たが、平日だったからか更新手続きは非常にあっけなく終わった。受付から数えても時間にして20分程かな。ただの更新だし簡潔に済んだだけかもしれないです(´-ω-)ｳ-ﾑちなみにマイナンバーカードは5年毎の更新(5年後の誕生日まで)でカード自体の有効期限は10年(10年後の誕生日まで)までのようです。 I came to renew my number card's digital certificate, but the renewal procedure was completed very easily probably because it was a weekday. 高	高田玉麟 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張で大崎市に来ています。住民票を申請したいと思い休日窓口を利用。事前に電話で県外の私でも休日窓口を利用して住民票を取得出来ますかと確認をし出来ると言われ、当日身分証もお忘れなくと言われた。休日窓口に行きましたが休日窓口では県外の方の住民票が取れないと言われ、平日にまたお越しくださいと言われました。広域申請書という書類で私が住む市役所に確認しなければならないらしいがそんな説明を受けていなかった。代理申請しようにも住民票を登録しているところにしか郵送は届かない為一人暮らしのわたしには代理申請ができない。そのため休日もやっている大崎市の市役所に申請しに来たのに、説明が至らずで終わり。いい加減なこと言って申請出来ませんってどういうことかですかね。大崎市の対応、市役所の仕事理解度が中途半端すぎ。 I'm on a business trip to Osaki City.
