院内には入れなかったので車で待機していましたが、先生がカルテや諸々の手続きをし、診察から会計まで全て対応してくださいました。とても温和な先生で、丁寧な言葉遣いで親身に対応していただきました。診断だけでなく、他院受診の目安や救急車を呼ばなければいけない症状なども教えてくださり分かりやすかったです。他院でも何度も扁桃炎で受診していますが、そのような説明を受けたのは初めてでした。
薬も処方していただけたので薬局に寄ることも無くそのまま自宅に戻れたのでありがたかったです。
I had symptoms of tonsillitis and visited the clinic. I had a fever, so I called in advance and the teacher responded politely.
I couldn't enter the hospital, so I was waiting in the car, but the teacher took care of everything from medical examinations to accounting, with medical records and various procedures. He was a very gentle teacher, and he kindly responded to me with polite language. It was easy to understand not only the diagnosis but also the guideline for seeing another hospital and the symptoms of having to call an ambulance. I have been seen many times at other hospitals for tonsillitis, but this was the first time I had received such an explanation.
I was grateful that I was able to go home as it was without having to go to the pharmacy because I was able to prescribe the medicine.
