佐	佐々木俊幸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時々トレーニング施設を利用します。駐車場も広く５０台以上停められます。トレーニング器具のメンテナンスが悪くてあちこち錆びが目立ちます。 I use training facilities from time to time. Parking lot is widely stopped more than 50 cars. The maintenance of the training equipment is bad and rusting is noticeable here and there.

J	Joker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジムのようなトレーニングルーム、バスケットボールなどのコートを利用できます。曜日によって体操などの教室も有料でされているようです。無料駐車場（50台くらい）もあります。私はトレーニングルームを良く利用します。費用などはHPを見てもらえればと思いますが、通常の利用であれば150円で利用できると思います。私などは筋トレのマシンやエアロバイク・ランニングマシンを利用するのが目的などで、月会費の高いジムに通うよりもお得だと思います。（以前は某フィットネスクラブに通っていましたが、機材の種類だけみればジムにある物と遜色ないと思います。台数は少ないですが・・）曜日・時間帯によって混み具合が違うとの事を係の方がおっしゃっていましたが、AMは比較的利用者が多いとの事です。私は仕事終わりに行くので平日18～21時の時間帯ですが、空いています。初回に講習（説明）が2時間くらいあるため、要予約が必要です。（700円必要です）無料の更衣室・シャワールームもあり、他市の市立体育館よりもコスパ・環境共に優れていると感じました。ちなみに祝日の月曜日はトレーニングルーム無料のようです。知名度は低いかもしれませんが、市民の方にはおススメだと思います。 Gym-like training rooms and basketball courts are available.
