S	Seiki Kitahama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年も前、まだコワーキングスペースがなかった時、大阪市内でオフィスを探してたところ、たまたま見つけてから、ずっと利用させていただいてます。便利な点としては、御堂筋線本町駅から雨にも濡れず１分ほどで着くので、外出が多い私には駅近はとても魅力的でした。料金も安くて、何よりスタッフの方たちのメンバーさんへの細かな気遣いがすごいなーと感心してしまいます。メンバーさん同士の交流もできる機会があったり、普段出会えない人との出会いがある場です。シェアオフィスやレンタルオフィスより個人的にはコスパが高いと思います。 Many years ago, when I didn't have a coworking space yet, I was looking for an office in Osaka city, and since I happened to find it, I have been using it for a long time. As a convenient point, it takes about 1 minute from Hommachi Station on the Midosuji Line without getting wet in the rain, so the area near the station was very attractive to me, who often go out. The price is cheap, and above all, I am impressed by the detailed consideration given to the members of the staff. It is a place where you can interact with other members and meet people you can't usually meet. I personally think that the cost performance is higher than that of shared offices and rental offices.
Y	Y H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すごく便利な場所にあります。 10階直通エレベーターがあり、(私は女性の方しかわかりませんが)トイレも掃除が行き届いている上、親切アメニティがある点もGood！物を食べて良いスペース、集中したい人のスペース、話しかけてOKのスペースと分かれており、自分の仕事のスタイルに合わせられる所も良いですね！そして、できてからかなりの時間が経つにもかかわらず、綺麗な状態が保たれているところから、スタッフさんの頑張りや、利用者の質の良さを感じます。部屋は明るく、(当たり前ですが)ネットやその周りの環境も言うことなし。冷暖房も快適温度だし、食事にも困らない。コンビニもすぐそば。同ビルの1階はコーヒーショップでしたよ。総じて、スポーツジムより低価格で人も含めてこの環境は素晴らしいと思います。 It is in a very convenient place. There is a direct elevator on the 10th floor, the toilet is well-cleaned (I know only women), and it has good amenities! It is divided into a space where you can eat things, a space for people who want to concentrate, and a space where you can talk, and it is good that you can match your work style! And, despite the fact that it has been quite a while since it was made, the beautiful condition is maintained, so I feel the staff's hard work and the quality of the users. The room is bright and (of course) without mentioning the net or the surrounding environment. Air conditioning and heating are at a comfortable temperature, and food is not a problem. Convenience store is just around the corner. The first floor of the building was a coffee shop. Overall, I think this environment is wonderful, including people at a lower price than a gym.

Very friendly staff that even help you with the small subtility of living in Japan if you ask nicely[1] ! The staff speak some english and when in need sometime other worker give you a hand :) The space itself is big and luminous, with every ameneties you could ask for in a co-working: small snack, coffee, screen, printer, etc... For a more than reasonable price (around 10000 yen for a month). They also hold various social events in and outside the space, but it rarely cause trouble if you just want to dig in your work (like around lunch and diner) For monthly members it's open from 8 to midnight except on sunday. [1]: For example, I end up with many many one yen coin after spending 3 month in Japan, and Osaki-san, the owner, made a donation with the coin I wanted to get rid of. Thank again !
