しかし、太陽光が入らない山あいにありますので、コントラスト不足かも。

そそりたつ岩壁の下を急流が流れています
急流が過ぎれば優しい穏やかなせせらぎが続き大佐ダムに流れ込んでいきます
春は桜が夏は新緑が秋は紅葉が冬は新雪が映えます
四季と自然とが一体になり年月を重ねて渓谷を訪れる人々を癒していく事だと思います
渓谷上にある御堂滝は急流が見事な滝でマイナスイオンが出まくりで癒されます
ただ駐車スペースは限られておりなおかつ斜めになっているので特に二輪車の方は駐車場所に注意して下さい
2009年11月26日に新見市癒しの名勝遺産に指定されました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁度滝の付近に木が生い茂ってて下から見えませんでしたが、28度前後の気温だった時に訪れたため下流の木の下は涼しかったです、立札があるカーブの広い所は傾斜があるのでバイクはきついかもしれません
