★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリスマスディナーで利用させて頂きました。
料理は皆が好きなものを時間をかけて加工したものが多くどれも美味しかったです。
特によかったのはオードブルの鰤を発酵させたものがよかったです。
デザートも見栄えが良く連れて行った女性は喜んで頂きました。
サービスに関してはワインのペアリングを頼んだのですがソムリエさんしかそれを把握しておらず、他のスタッフが次の皿に行くタイミングにワインのことを気付いて頂けなかったのが残念でした。
おそらく派遣の子なのでしょうか
料理名もそれだけ言って説明もなく去っていったのでその点がもったいなかったと思いました。
その点以外は全ていいサービスをして頂きました。
普段は結婚式での利用が多そうな雰囲気だったのでそこまで期待していませんでしたがまた機会があれば訪れたいと思ういいレストランだと思います。
正直近所の星付きよりもトータルバランスは高いと思います。

Many of the dishes were made by taking the time to process what they liked and everything was delicious.

The woman who took the dessert and looked good was pleased.
Regarding the service, I asked for wine pairing, but only Sommelier knew it, and I was sorry that other staff could not notice the wine at the timing of going to the next dish.

I left the dish without any explanation, so I thought it was a waste.
Apart from that point, all had good service.
I wasn't expecting that much because it was usually used for weddings, but I think it would be a good restaurant to visit if I had another chance.
I honestly think that the total balance is higher than with a star in the neighborhood.

料理はとても美味しくいただきましたが、夜の部の披露宴の準備があったのか最後の方は取り分けたケーキをゆっくりいただく間も無く退場を促され、退場順を待っている来賓がまだ着席しているにも関わらずテーブルの上の飾り付けを片付けられたのはあまり気分が良くなかったです。
予定終了時間より少し早く終わったくらいなので時間がおしていたわけではなさそうでした。
半年以上経っているので今はどうか分かりませんが、コロナ禍にも関わらずテーブルにアクリル板は無く座席の間隔も近いです。感染対策をしっかりしているという印象はありませんでした。

It didn't seem like I was running out of time because it ended a little earlier than the scheduled end time.
It's been more than half a year, so I don't know what it is now, but despite the corona sickness, there are no acrylic plates on the table and the seats are close together. I didn't have the impression that infection control was in place.

ご飯もおいしく、レストランウエディングというのもありなのかなと思いました。
自分が結婚式をするときには利用したいなと思いました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚式ではないのですが、着付け教室の修了式という形で70名程でお世話になりました 口の肥えた方がたくさん出席されるので、担当の方にも当初から細かく相談にのっていただきました。
お食事は、どの品をとっても盛り付けも味付けも美味しかったです
スタッフの方の配膳の仕方や立ち居振舞い、アレルギー対応、コロナ感染対策も完璧です
あいにくのお天気でしたが、レストランの外での写真撮影も綺麗に映りますよ

The food was delicious, both served and seasoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 堺筋本町の駅から近く、結婚パーティーができるレストランと言うことで、天井高く窓も大きく光が一杯で、一段高く、ピアノや新郎新婦の席が用意されています。
コロナ禍だからか、コスパ高くてお手頃ランチを頂きました。
お料理は、綺麗に盛り付けされていました。
でもちよっとサラダやデザートが少し奇をてらっていて、カツレツは固いし、リゾットは鶏むね肉を上から振りかけてボソボソしてましたし、お好みですし好きな人は好きかもしれませんが、私の口には合いませんでした。
写真ばえはします。女性スタッフさんは感じが良かったです。
でも親族や会社の大事なパーティーや食事会には、別の所に行きたいなと思いました。

I had a reasonable lunch because the cost was high, probably because of the corona.
The food was nicely presented.
But the salads and desserts were a little weird, the katsuretsu was hard, the risotto was sprinkled with chicken fillet from above, and I like it, and if you like it, you may like it. But it didn't fit my taste.
I will take a photo. The female staff felt good.
But I wanted to go to another place for important parties and dinners of my relatives and company.

それと伴にソムリエの方はとてもご丁寧に対応していただきました。
しかし、他のスタッフの方が少々頼りないかなぁと感じました。
クリスマスディナーで利用しましたが、メイン料理の時にパンが出てこなくて、他のテーブルは結構何回かスタッフの方が回って居るのは見えてたので忘れてるのかな？と思って、こちらからパンをお願いしたのですが、待てど暮らせど出てこない…
でも頼んでいる手前、パンが来るまでメイン料理食べるのを待っていたのですが、目の前のお肉は食べた方が良いなと思って食べたら、せっかく美味しく作っていただいているにも関わらずメイン料理も冷めてしまい、結局最後まで出てこなくて、全て食べ終わってから、何もお皿に残ってないのに、パンいかがですか？と言われました笑。
食べ終わってから持ってくる？！てちょっと信じれなかったです笑
それなりにお料理のお値段を取るなら
きっちり接客サービスした方がいいと思います。
おそらく、何か記念日や、なにかのイベントで使われる方が多いと思いますが、そういう時に1つこういうサービスされるとずっと覚えているものです。
少し贅沢なディナーで良い気持ちにお金を払っているのに残念な気持ちになりました。
あと、私達に謝るのも良いんですが、
私的には、美味しいお料理を作られているシェフの方も、きっと色んなフードペアリング考えられてると思われるので、きちんと提供しないとそういう方々の努力にも影響してしまうのではないかなと思ってしまいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前菜2品メイン1品、デザートのランチコースで利用しました。店内が光を多く取り込み明るく開放感があり素敵でした。連れの方がお肉を食べられないことを伝えると、前菜の一品のハムをお魚に変更してくれました。写真撮影をお願いすると、コロナ対策のパーテーションを除いてくれたり、とても親切な対応で居心地が良かったです。2200円のコースに1ドリンクオーダーし、3千円でお釣りが来ました。コスパも良くまた利用したいです。全体的にお野菜の量を多めにして頂けると尚、良いです。
