★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こんないい加減な企業が、命や健康に関わる医療産業に関わるなんて、とんでもない。
他の薬剤師派遣会社の人達は、「あそこはねえ。」とか「サークルみたいな会社。」と噂している。
だいたい、薬剤師派遣業界自体、４流か５流の業界で有る。
が、ここはとにかくひどい。
電話を掛けまくって案件を稼ぎ、薬剤師をアルバイト学生か何かのように、その薬局に動かすことしか知らない。
薬局や医療産業への知識が、全くない。
一般会社員としての仕事をまるで期待できない。
中学生ですら、もう少し真面目に熱心に対応しようとするだろう。
下手に出ているのは最初だけ、いざ派遣勤務となると非常に高圧的な態度を取る。
企業の言いなりにしかなれず、本来の派遣業務である、相手先企業と薬剤師とを取り持つなどという業務などまるでできない。
学生のバイトでも、もっときっちりとした仕事をすると思う。
兎に角、とんでもない会社で会社員だ。
薬剤師会の勉強会にでも出席すれば、必ず問題にする事にする。
