安	安孫子朗子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低の対応でした。最初のコールセンターの対応はよかったので、相談の予約をしました。その後３回電話して、コールセンターの方々が過払い金額を20万という方もいれば30万と言われた事がきっかけで予約をキャンセルしようとしました。 708090にキャンセルしたい旨を電話したところ、キャンセル専門部門？に繋がれ「キャンセル？無料ですよ。行くのが面倒くさいだけなんじゃないですか？35万も戻るんですよ」と脅すような感じの事を言われました(担当○なが) ３回電話したのにも関わらず、みなさん違う過払い金額を言われ、不信感全開になりました。しかも返金が確定した場合、手数料として27％近くの他に40000円以上かかるとか… 最初から説明不足で電話対応も悪くやはり訳ありの会社だと思いました。その後、他社様に連絡したところ、最初から丁寧にお話しして下さり、手数料もお安く電話の対応がとても親切でしたしかもこの他社様はドコモカードにも対応して下さることがわかり、ようやくキャンセルする事が出来ました。この会社は訳あり、手数料の高いところです大金が戻って来る人にはお薦めかも知れませんが… It was the lowest correspondence.
