ドクターも看護師さんも親切ですよ。
受付の方も問題なく、いやな思いをしたことはありませんが

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 婦人科のK西医師は、全く患者の話を聞いていないし、やる気も全くないクソ医者。子宮頸管ポリープができたから診てほしいと言っているのに、面倒臭そうな態度を取られ、内診でもなかなか見つけられない始末。
別の病状の経過観察が必要なので通院しているが、あれでは何の為に受診しているのか分からない。

2021年8月に呼吸器内科の部長に暴言を吐かれました。
「商売してるんと違う」
「僕が誤診しているのかというんだったら別の先生に聞いてこい」
「薬出すことしかできない」
「必要じゃないものは書かない」
「仕事できない、しんどい→そんなん知らん」
上記のことを言われ、病院に通えなくなり、別の病院に転院せざる負えない状況になりました。
その結果、治療に差し障りが出ています。
しばらく経ってから、カルテ開示をしてその時言われた内容とカルテに書いてあることが違っても「今までの診察の中で話しているので回答が難しい」と病院側から言われました。
無責任極まりないですし、患者のことよりも自分の保身のことしか考えていません。
暴言に対する反省もありません。
この病院自体にも問題があるように思います。
救急も研修医のお勉強道具にされますし。
医療ミスも過去に発生しているぐらいなので、ここの病院にかかろうとしている方は辞めておいた方がいいと思います。

I'm extremely irresponsible, and I'm thinking only about my own self-protection rather than about the patient.

I think there is a problem with this hospital itself.
Emergency is also used as a study tool for residents.
Medical errors have occurred in the past, so if you are going to the hospital here, you should quit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年配の母の白内障の手術で、医療センターの眼科を紹介してもらいました。
母が年配で、手術後にパニックになる可能性もあるとのことで、断固として入院を拒否されました。
母はここの病院でコロナの状況になってからも入院はしており、慣れています。
眼科の女医はあきらかにめんどくさそうな対応で、最後にはっきりと強い口調で無理です！！
と言いました。
白内障は日帰りだと目薬や飲み薬など年配の方一人では覚えるのが大変なので、皆さん入院される方がほとんどだと、あとで知り合いから聞きました。
白内障の手術が終わったら、ここの眼科は二度と利用しません。

一つは、地域の包括医療機関として、受診希望者に対して丁寧な対応をお願いしたい。特に受診が難しい人に受診できる病院を紹介して欲しいと思います。
通院者の急な受診要望にも、丁寧な対応を。発熱で事前にPCR検査が必要なら、対応医療機関の紹介を。勝手にネットで探せでは、包括医療機関の役割が問われますよ。
入院時のルールの徹底を。ボクは入院中に取引先から電話かかってきて対応しちゃい、しこたま、怒られたのですが、まぁ、看護師の目を盗んで、病室内で電話する人だらけでした。
後、面会禁止状況でも、患者さんの行動制限を利用して、5階のコンビニで面会すること、黙認するスタッフが居ました。
せっかくのコロナ対策が無駄になりますヨ。
まぁ、他にも電話がかかりにくいなど…ありますが、とりあえず、ここまで。
