開業当所は周りにこれと言った皮膚科が無いのと、子供は医療費がタダで、女医さんと言うこともあり、評判で広がる典型的な成功したクリニックだと思います。 医師の診察は短時間で数をこなす診察なのは良いのですが、患者さん側にはあれもこれも長く相談してはいけない、自分の診察で長引いてはいけないプレッシャーを与えています。 それとビックリしたのは受付です。 流行るクリニックにありがちなんですが、数分遅れると説教をされます。 仕事の都合や渋滞でやむを得ず数分遅れる旨を伝えると、19時の時点で患者がいなければクリニックへ向かってても閉めますとのこと。 数分なら患者様で成り立って給料をいただいて生活しているのだから予約患者様なら2~3分の融通はありかと・・・? 受付で申し訳ありません、少し遅くなりました。と患者様も頭を下げて謝っているのに、追い討ちで説教をする受付スタッフ・・・。 これは流行っているから、殿様商売変更かと?思わせ、初心を忘れて欲しくないものです。 スタッフさんが、少しでも早く帰りたいのは充分にわかりますが、患者様も自覚しているのだから笑顔で対応して欲しいですね。 待合室でこのような光景を何度でも拝見すると残念に思います。 閑古鳥営業になってから気付いても、院長の方針なら仕方がないですが・・・。 流行ってるからこそ、言いにくい事実を書き込みました。 長田先生、頼りにしてます。

前からお世話になっています。先生を始め昔からいる看護師さんや受付さんはとてもフレンドリーでよいのですが一番最近入った感じの大柄の看護師さんはおさだクリニックで働くカラーの看護師さんではありません。自分の勝手な思い込みで話しかけたり仕事も事務的、態度が横柄でとても不快になります、処置でその看護師に当たると気分が悪くなります
