The car is beautiful. Driving is safe. The crew is friendly and polite & tells local hot news. All three were good people asking for three. I was able to stay in Niigata very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旅行時、新潟市内で利用させていただきました。とても親切に辺りのことを説明いただき、「途中で少し海岸を見たい」というわがままにも柔軟に応じてくださり大変感動いたしました。
同日、帰りも同じく四葉タクシーさんを利用させていただき、配車希望からすぐにきていただけました。一度目とはもちろん違うドライバーさんでしたが、こちらもとても気持ちよく利用させていただけました。
新潟に行った際はまたぜひお願いしたいと思っています。

昔、乗ってたタクシーが雪でハマって後ろから押して助けてあげたのに、押してた分の料金追加されてた。
一万円しかないんですけどと事前に伝えて大丈夫と言われたのに降りる時にお釣りが全て500円だった。
頻繁に利用しているのにわざと遠回りして
無駄に高くしようとする
いつもと道違うって指摘してもてきとーにはぐらかされる
飴くれるごときで客は何も納得しませんけど？
