★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3〜4年程前ですが、タイヤ倉庫の作業員の方々が業務終了しても毎日夜11時過ぎまで敷地内で騒いでました。
日中も、若い男性作業員が暴力団のような罵声を浴びせてる声が頻繁に聞こえて来て、近隣の住民の方々が恐怖感を持っていたので、当時の営業所長様に何度もこの旨を伝えたところ「自分は本社から来てる人間なので…」と連呼するだけで全く対応してもらえませんでした。
こちらの会社では、従業員にどういう指導してるんですか？
責任者の方を常駐させておらず、作業員だけで業務を行っていたそうですね！

今から４年程前ですが、仙台市内の交差点で右折の矢印表示で進行しようとしたら赤信号で猛スピードで直進して来て、危うく正面衝突しそうになりました。
その後も、法定速度を無視した運転してるのを何度も目撃し某コンビニの駐車場で停車した時に車から降りて来たのは、白いYシャツにグレーのスラックスを来た、体格のがっしりした中年の男性の方でした。
何度も御宅の営業所に電話しても「知りません」の一点張りでした。
警察と労働基準監督署に通報しましょうか！

リフトでタイヤを運ぶ時、何度も落下させるから注意したところ思い切り逆ギレされた。
当時の営業所長にもクレームの電話入れても他人事のような対応だった。
本社の担当者に連絡しても「うちにそんな酷い作業員は居ません！」みたいな返答で一方的に電話切られた。
まるで暴力団の集団だな！
この会社は！！

協力会社に対し上から目線の応対で、少しでもミスをすると集中攻撃を浴びせてドライバーを追い詰め自分がミスをするとひたすら言い訳しまくる。
一度、タイヤ倉庫で作業員数名で男性事務員に暴力を振るっていたのを見つけ自分が仲裁に入りその場は収まりました。
この件を当時の所長や本社の上層部に連絡しても見て見ぬふりの対応でした。
業績さえ良ければ、社内で何か起きても構わないんでしょうか？
