★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口座開設によったのですが、居住地から最寄りの支店でないと開設できません、と意味不明な言いがかりをつけられて断られました。
月末年度末だからって随分横柄だと思います。忙しくなさそうな時間帯を狙いましょう。
I decided to open an account, but I was refused because I was told that I could only open a branch office closest to my place of residence.
I think it's quite arrogant because it's the end of the month. Aim for a time when you don't seem to be busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銀行横の駐車場は少し狭くて駐車しづらいですが、すぐ隣に第２駐車場があり、広くて駐車しやすいです。
場所的に会社がたくさんある所なので、締日などタイミングにより凄く混雑します。
個人的に通帳を作りに行った際、そんなに混んでもいないのに、出てくるまで１時間以上かかりました。必要書類は準備済みでキャッシュカードは作らず通帳１冊のみ。
振り込め詐欺が出てきてから手続きに時間がかかるのは理解できますが、あまりにも遅すぎます。
The parking lot next to the bank is a bit small and it is hard to park, but there is a second parking lot right next to it and it is large and easy to park.
Because there are many companies in the place, it is very crowded depending on the timing such as the closing date.
When I personally made my passbook, it took over an hour to come out, even though it was not so crowded. Necessary documents have been prepared and no cash card is made, only one passbook.
I understand that it takes a long time after the transfer fraud comes out, but it's too late.

お客様を待たせているのに内輪で雑談してるとかあり得ない。
いい歳したおばちゃんなんだから社会の常識くらい身につけてせめて人目の着かないところで雑談はしようね。
二度とこの店舗には行きたくないと思った。
The reception is slow.
It's impossible to have a chat inside the circle even though the customer is waiting.
I'm a good old aunt, so let's learn about the common sense of society and chat at least in a place that isn't noticeable.
I never wanted to go to this store again.
