★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前も店員さんの態度が気になって、利用を控えていました。今日は暖かい陽気の中桜を見ながら散歩をして、家に花を飾りたくていい気分で立ち寄ったのですが、残念な接客態度で気分が悪くなりました。
レジで声をかけたところ面倒くさそうに行っていた作業を中断し、笑顔や挨拶一つもなく雑に花を袋に入れ、小さな声で皿が別売りである旨を告げられました。
花屋は、多くの人がいい気分でもしくはいい気分になりたくて綺麗な花を買うために立ち寄る場所だと思います。手にした花を気持ちよく家に飾ったり、人に渡したいと思います。そこまで考えた”いいサービス”を今後受けられるようになることを期待しています。
