It was very helpful for me to teach me various things when I bought a suit as a new member of society. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品自体はいいです。ただ、店員さんの気の利かなさが何度かの買い物で目立ちます。（いすれも同じ方）
なぜか過去の買い物履歴データばかりチェックして、サイジングや採寸を軽視し、直し後にさらに追加で直しをするハメになりで、結局着れるようになるまでに二週間以上かかったりしてます。接客としての仕事の詰めの甘さをあれこれとデータに頼ったトークで誤魔化しているだけだと感じます。セオリー通りに商品を売りきることしか考えておらず、お客に満足を買ってもらおうという気持ちが感じられないです。
たぶん、接客がこの方にさえ当たらなければ損はしないと思います。
The product itself is good. However, the cleverness of the clerk stands out in several shopping. (Same person for all)
For some reason, I just check past shopping history data, neglect sizing and measuring, and after fixing it, I have to make additional corrections, and it takes more than two weeks before I can wear it. I feel that I'm just fooling myself with the lack of work as a customer service through talks that rely on data. I'm only thinking about selling products on Theory Street, and I can't feel the desire to get customers to buy satisfaction.
Probably, I don't think there will be any loss unless the customer service hits this person.
