K	KAORI M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スープ、サラダ、ステーキ、ライスで4000円くらいだったと思います。肉は焼き目がなく、茹でたような牛肉でした。味付けは塩だけ？と思うような感じで無色透明でした。ここのお店は他店よりかなり安いですが、米沢牛は1万円くらい払わないとまともな肉が食べられないといった印象です。よく飛騨高山に行きますが、飛騨牛のほうがリーズナブルで美味しいと思いました。 I think the soup, salad, steak and rice cost about 4000 yen. あ	あご太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日のお昼頃にお邪魔しました。駐車場は4,5台ほどのスペースが店舗前にあります。米沢市内にはいたるところに米沢牛を提供するお店があります。今回は雑誌に紹介されていたのもありオルガンさんに決めました。11:40頃に入店しましたが12時を過ぎた頃にはほぼ満席。メニューは1,000円くらいのハンバーグから6,000円のステーキまで幅広い価格帯のものがありましたが(痛恨の写真撮り忘れ…)せっかくなので6,300円の『シャトーブリアン(160g)』のステーキに決めました。まずスープとサラダが登場してほどなくステーキ。人生初のシャトーブリアンと対面！一口食べたとたんに「おぉ…」とその柔らかさに驚愕。ありきたりな表現ですが口のなかで溶ける柔らかさでした！焼き加減はレアでお願いしましたがもうちょっと焼いても美味しいかも？安くない値段ですがその価値のある体験ができました。文句無しのおすすめ店です！ I visited you around noon on a holiday.
