整骨院自体、初めての訪問でした。広く清潔な院内で、院長の方はとても真面目で愛想の良い方です。入り口でスリッパに履き替えます。待合室には漫画や本とミネラルウォーターが常備してありました。初めての来店ということもあり、1時間使って具体的な体の状態の把握から施術まで行っていただきました。・問診、触診問診票に加え、これまでの症状や実際の身体の歪みなど、身体の状態しっかり把握した上で、施術の相談にもご対応いただきました。・施術内容今回はボディケア（20分2,200円）をお願いしました。強さの程度にも気を配っていただきましたが、初めてなので伝える程度やタイミングの把握がちょっと難しかったです。全体的に気持ちよく、ボーっとしていたのもありますが。・施術後自宅で行えるストレッチを教えていただきました。来院を促すことなく、自分でできるストレッチを教えていただけたのは驚きでしたが、その心遣いがとても嬉しかったです。来院前には電話予約をお勧めします。土日も受付可能、月金は21時までと通いやすい受付時間です。またお世話になりたいと思います。
