車から異音がするので点検して頂きました。エンジンが調子悪くなっていると説明され、オイル交換や添加剤などいろいろ試しましたが治らず。他のお店にみてもらうと、エンジンでは絶対にないですと言われ他の原因を見つけて頂きました。ここに来たのは本当に時間とお金のムダでした。

近く行ったのでちょっと寄って見ましたスタッフの対応も良く設備も充実していて国産はもちろん外車の修理、整備が出来るのがいいですねテスターが有るので外車のエンジンの不具合も診断出来るのがいいですね。

ミニクーパー(R56)を購入後しました。 購入後、走行3000kmでエンジンオイルが無くなった(通常ではありえない早さ)ことで初期不良が発覚。 購入前からの担当者様に相談をしていましたが、「初期不良なので初期不良として対応して頂きたい」と当たり前のことを伝えたところ、連絡が返って来なくなりました。 購入前には僕が大学を卒業するまでの2年間は必ずトラブル無く乗れる状態に整備します。と言っていたので初期不良があったことも残念ですが、僕が学生で出せるギリギリの金額を出して購入した車と知っていて初期不良の対応をすっぽかされたのがとても悲しいです。 僕だけが運が悪かったのかと思っていましたが、同じような思いをした方がココのクチコミにいらっしゃったのでこのお店はオススメ出来ません。

いつも年式の古めの輸入車のメンテナンスで世話になっていますが、他の店ではお手上げと言われるか、すごい高い見積もりが来るような故障でも工夫して安く修理してくれて特に岩国のような田舎町では、貴重な存在で大変助かっています。口コミを見ると買った車の故障時の対応が悪いという人も見受けられますが、まずここで販売されている輸入車の殆どが、基本的に保証なしの前提で、他店よりも格安で販売されています。輸入車に慣れてない人は少し壊れたことでクレームを言っているようですが、そもそもそれなりに年式が経った輸入車の場合いつ壊れるかわからないという前提でメンテしながら乗るという感覚で買わないといけないところを保証付と同じ感覚で、店にクレームを入れている人も中にはいると思います。少なくとも、私が2年以上お付き合いしている限り店長もメカの方も車の知識はもちろんですが、状況に合わせた対応力が高く何も問題がありません。岩国のような田舎町で輸入車が楽しめるのはこのような店があっての事なので私にとっては、とても貴重なお店です。もし納車後のトラブルに対して手厚い保証が欲しい場合は、3000kmなど走行距離の保証付き中古車を割高で買うか、新車のディーラーに行くか、そもそも壊れない日本車に乗るべきかと思います。やっぱり日本車に比べれば、輸入車は壊れます…
