★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パピーで初めてのトリミングだったがカウンセリングもあまり時間をかけず、事務的な印象。アドバイスなどもしていただけず。
よくわからないままバリカン仕上げにしたが後々他のトリミングサロンで聞いたら子犬にバリカン使用すると毛質が変わってしまうとのこと。そのような説明も受けず、不親切と感じた。犬を預けるときにも犬に対しても無愛想、声かけなどもなく、お迎え時にも特に様子など話をすることもありませんでした。毛質が硬くなってしまったのがバリカンのせいだとしってとてもショックです。もうこちらには行かないです。

I finished it with hair clippers without knowing it well, but when I heard it at another trimming salon later, it was said that the hair quality would change if I used hair clippers for puppies. I didn't receive such an explanation and felt unfriendly. I didn't feel unfriendly or talk to the dog when I left it, and I didn't talk about it when I picked it up. It is very shocking to say that the hair clippers are the cause of the hardened hair. I'm not going here anymore.
