縮毛矯正をお願いしたのですが、こんなに不愉快な思いをした美容室は初めてです。
仕上げに物凄く念入りにアイロンをされたので何となく違和感を感じていたのですが、翌日シャンプーすると元通りぐしゃぐしゃになっていました。お直しをしていただけることになったのですが、効き弱かったんですね～と言われただけで特に謝罪の言葉は無く、また仕上げの念入りなアイロン。そしてオーダーしていないのに広範囲をすかれて。。。
予想通り翌日のシャンプー後は元通り、と言うより すかれ過ぎて以前よりクセが強く出てしまう酷い状態になってしまいました。
また効いていないことに気付いたから、誤魔化すために沢山すいたのでしょうか。お直しも失敗しましたなんて言えないプロの気持ちも分からなくもないですが、余りにも不誠実な対応でショックでした。

I was able to fix it, but I was weak and effective-there was no word of apology in particular, and I had a careful iron finish. And I missed a wide range of things I did not order. . .
As expected, after shampooing of the next day, it was too bad to say that it was overwhelmed and the habit was stronger than before.
I realized that I wasn't working again, so did I spend a lot to mislead? I can not say that I could not say that I could not say that I also failed to fix it, but I was shocked by the insincere response too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジアミンアレルギーがあるのでノンジアミンのヘアカラーをしてもらっていたのですがもちが悪いことを伝えたところ、すすめられた香草カラーをした結果、アレルギー症状がでて皮膚が爛れて水疱ができ、皮膚科で二度としてはいけないといわれました。
担当の方は最初は、何かあったら電話してくださいねといっていたのに、アレルギーがでて電話したら、ほかの方がでて施術した人はいま仕事中なのでということで変わってもらえず、状況を伝えましたがその後、電話一つありませんでした。
誠意のない美容院です。
シャンプー専門の方は寝てしまうくらい上手で気持ちよかったのです。
