早	早川K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラジエーターの液漏れで交換をお願いしました。ディーラー見積りが十数万だったので修理を諦め乗り換えて廃車を考えていましたが、ネットでここを見つけて電話で相談。親切丁寧な対応で好印象、見積り額もディーラーの1/3程度でビックリしました。電話で修理を即決。家から近かったので一度来店して車を見てもらい、日程と詳しい金額を確認して交換していただきました。作業も土日の２日間と言われていましたが、作業当日の夕方には完了し連絡を頂き引き取る事が出来ました。古い車なので今後もいろいろ壊れる場所があると思うけど、これからはビックウェルオートさんにお願いしようと思ってます。 I asked for a replacement due to a leak in the radiator. I was impressed by the kind and polite response, and I was surprised that the estimated amount was about 1/3 of the dealer. Promptly decide to repair by phone. Since it was close to my house, I visited the store once to see the car, checked the schedule and detailed amount, and exchanged it. It was said that the work would take two days on Saturday and Sunday, but it was completed in the evening of the work day and I was able to get in touch and pick it up. Since it is an old car, I think there will be many places to break in the future, but from now on I will ask Mr. Big Well Auto.
