職員への陰口 無駄話が多い。
土日は管理者がいないという理由で
看護師 眠っていたり 無駄な残業をしたりしている。 講談禁止にすれば良い。
あれは性格だから治らない。
社長や管理者が注意しても治らない。
仕事ができる介護士が次々と辞めていく姿を見てきました。
昔の管理者は素晴らしかった。
改善しないなら淘汰される施設です。
まず あの看護師をどうにかするべきだと思います。
