Veggie pudding is rich! The vegetables are solid and the sweetness of the vegetables is delicious. The volume of the round meat and potatoes is a little unsatisfactory, but the flavors of the puff pastry and the soup stock match perfectly, and the sake goes on.

Unlike the usual egg pudding, it was delicious with a modest sweetness that made use of the characteristics of vegetables. I received two types of pumpkin and sweet potatoes, but personally I prefer the sweet potatoes in the photo. Besides the sweets, there are also unusual meat and potatoes, so I'm looking forward to this too.
