若干、スタッフの方がそっけないように思いました。
マニュアル通りにただ対応しただけ感が否めません。

商品を見せてくださいと言ったら何も言わずに1人で歩き出しテスターのところへ行くと、こっちに来いというジェスチャーをされました。他に何か質問をしても商品の説明も無く商品を指差してボソボソと話すだけなど、ちゃんとした対応をしてもらえませんでした。星も押したくありません。星1以下です。
It was the worst. The product is very nice and I like it, but the customer service was the worst.
When I asked him to show me the product, he walked alone without saying anything and went to the tester, and he made a gesture to come here. Even if I asked any other questions, there was no explanation of the product, and I just pointed at the product and talked to him, and he did not respond properly.
