対応、接客などは素晴らしいと思います。
が、施工後に工具を忘れて帰られたので、使った物の確認をしないという事は、エアコン内部について素人では分からないビス等嵌め忘れなどがあるかも。と心配になりました。
また、半年経たずにお願いする前よりもカビが出てきてるのが目でみてもわかるのでもしかしたらクオリティが低いのかな？と思います。
作業工程の乾燥が甘いのか、安い買い物ではないので残念でした。
I asked you to clean the air conditioner.
I think the correspondence and customer service are wonderful.
However, since I forgot the tools after construction and returned home, not checking what I used may mean that I forgot to fit screws etc. that amateurs do not know about the inside of the air conditioner. I was worried.
Also, you can see that mold is coming out less than half a year before you ask, so maybe the quality is low? I think.
It was a pity because the work process was not so dry and it was not a cheap purchase.
