残念なことは、職員とくに、女職員(70代くらい)は大声で世間話や雑談ばかりしている。
溜まり場になるのはよいが節度を持ってほしい。
女職員K(70代)は昼もフロアーにいながらご利用者様の昼の服薬を忘れ、へらへら笑っているのをみて、ことの重大さが欠けているとともに腹立たしくなった。
