★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20年の付き合いで私の兄貴のスキルス胃がん早期発見で助かって10年近くなりますが再発はないし、今も元気です。家族が世話なっています。私もつい最近虫垂炎発見してもらって聖マリアンナ医科大学病院で手術してもらってたすかりました。もう少し遅かったら腹膜炎になるところでした。兄貴も聖マリアンナでした。

さっさと店たたんでくれたら他の地域診療所が出来るのにと思ってしまいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胃カメラを受けたが、70代は確実の総白髪の医院長が担当。拷問であった。看護師が麻酔をかけたがほぼ効かず、苦しみぬき出血もした。暴れているこちらが悪いような言い様が許せない。その後も胃や食道の痛みが二日は引かなかった事を考えると雑に扱われた事がよくわかる。他院でも胃カメラは何度も受けたが確実にここが最悪だった。二度目はない。

看護師さんも先生も分かりやすく説明してくれ、とても安心して診察を受ける事ができました。此から長いお付き合いになると思うので、宜しくお願いします。

乱暴な言葉使いで、患者をバカにしたような平気で言います。胃カメラは余計な説明が長くて、苦しい思いをしました。
院長先生のときは、すぐに終わりました。
院長先生は、親切丁寧に診察して下さいますが、訪問診療に出ているのか、居ないときが多々あります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的に豪胆な方が多いので気にする人がいるのもわかりますが3点ではないですね、感覚としては症状のはっきりしてる人が行く病院です。高齢者の患者が多いんでグーグル評価の存在を知らず加点が少ないんだと思います。満足した人が気軽に加点出来る仕組みがあればいいんですけどね。
苦しかった時に藁をもすがる気持ちで訪ね何度も助けてもらいました。本当に感謝しております。
ただこの前電話診療について電話で尋ねた時に受付の人がホームページに書かれていた内容を把握していなかったようなので、どの様な文が記載されているかは確認なされた方が良いかと思います。あと胃カメラは麻酔を選択可能にして欲しいです。

Since there are many elderly patients, I think that there are few points to be added without knowing the existence of Google evaluation. It would be nice if there was a mechanism that would allow satisfied people to easily add points.
When I was having a hard time, I visited with the feeling of struggling with straw and asked for help many times. I really appreciate it.
However, it seems that the receptionist did not understand what was written on the homepage when I asked about telephone medical treatment by phone the other day, so I think it is better to confirm what kind of sentence is written. .. I also want the gastrocamera to be able to select anesthesia.

電話応対がとても丁寧で、声がほぼ出ていない状態でもじれったい感じを出さず、親身に聞いてくれました。
(当時は相当逼迫していた時期なので忙しいのはわかっていますが、近所の他の病院はかなり機械的でちょっとイライラしているのが伝わってきました。)
必要なものや「検査場所は屋外なので暖かい格好で来てください」というアドバイスも話してもらい、ほぼ慌てることもなかったです。感謝してます。ありがとうございました。
