さ	さゆ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜のみのランチ営業でおそばを頂きました。うん、うまい。がっつり冷水でしめられたもりそば、最高でした。大盛りで２枚出てくるので腹減り状態でも良い感じに満腹です。オープンして１時間も経つとそば売り切れとなるみたいなので、食べたかったらオープン同時で。店内外のあちこちに飾ってるウイルスの模型みたいなのは、すっぽんの甲羅だよｗ I had soba for lunch only on Sundays. 高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度目の訪問でしたが、初訪問は投稿し忘れてたようです(^^;; 蕎麦の美味しさでは定評のあるお店。オーダーは「二色もり」を。殻を除いた丸抜きと、殻ごと挽いた玄挽きの両方を味わえるお得なメニュー（と勝手に思ってます）です。二皿出てくるので、盛りがそれなりに少ないと思ってたら、普通の量の盛りが二皿出てきました(^^;; 私的には硬めのコシの強い麺が好きなので、どちらかと言うと玄挽きの方が好みですね。でも、丸抜きが劣ってるわけでは全然無く、こちらもかなりレベルの高い仕上がりなのは言うことも有りません。出汁も上品でまろやかな味わいです。夜は小料理屋さんとなりますので、夜も行ってみたいお店ですね(o^^o) It was the second visit, but it seems that I forgot to post the first visit (^^ ;; This restaurant has a reputation for its delicious soba noodles. 新	新波寿司大好き on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クチコミにあるとおり、コシがあるお蕎麦がとても美味しいです。コースの中で頂きましたが、どの料理も美味しく、是非また利用したいです。また、生ビールが『エビス』これがまた苦みがなく、むしろ甘さを感じるビールでした(笑) As the word of mouth says, the chewy soba is very delicious.
