★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらから土地を購入しましたが、不動産屋からの説明が足りなく、売主と契約時にモメました。
性格なのかどうでもいい話ばかりで重要なことは言い忘れてる。こちらから説明を求めても不適当な返事で正直呆れました。
今回は土地の立地が理想通りだったので渋々購入しましたが、二度とこちらを頼ることはないと思います。
 I bought the land from here, but the explanation from the real estate agent was not enough, so I got sick when I signed the contract with the seller.
It doesn't matter if it's a personality or not, and I forget to say the important thing. Even if I asked for an explanation from here, I was honestly surprised by the inappropriate reply.
This time, the location of the land was as ideal, so I bought it reluctantly, but I don't think I will ever rely on it again.
