ルート配送で時間の指定が出来ない為、引越先で受け取りがなかなかできず困っていましたが、折り返しのご連絡を頂き無事に受け取ることができ助かりました(^^)
There was an out-of-office notice and when I called, the woman responded very politely.
Since I could not specify the time for route delivery, I was in trouble because I could not receive it at the moving destination, but I was saved by receiving a call back and receiving it safely (^ ^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 配送されに来た車の中に横積み厳禁の家電製品が横積みどころか逆さまぐらいな角度で積み込まれていました。うちの品物では無かったものの、"運べはいい"というレベルがとても残念に思いました。従業員さんの仕事に対する姿勢なのか、会社としての指示なのか不明ですが。この会社には頼みたくはないです。
Home appliances that are strictly prohibited from being stacked horizontally were loaded in the car that came to be delivered at an upside-down angle rather than being stacked horizontally. Although it wasn't our product, I was very disappointed with the level of "it's good to carry". I'm not sure if it's an employee's attitude toward work or an instruction from the company. I don't want to ask this company.
