請負とパートタイマー(時間で働く人)の区別もできないリーダー。
せめて残業になるならその旨パートの了解を先にその都度とるのが常識。
担当だからそれが終わらなければ上がれませんってどういうこと？
時間ギリまで他の仕事させといて、当たり前のようにそれも担当だからやっといてねって時間内で終わらないでしょ。そんなの！
