★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あちこちの県で部屋を借りて来ましたが、ここは特に退去時も明朗で、不快感を全く与えない、感じのいい不動産屋さんでした。駅からは遠いですが、おすすめします。
I rented a room in various prefectures, but it was a nice real estate agent that was cheerful especially when I moved out and did not cause any discomfort. It's far from the station, but I recommend it.

・退去時にかかるお金がびっくりするほど高い上に、部屋の状態をロクに見ず、業者さんでの見積もりもなしに請求、印鑑を押させて来ます。
・インターネットに線を繋げれば使えるとの事だったのですが、実際はそうでなく、工事を入れるまで待たなくてはなりませんでした。
・電話での対応が高圧的で、社会人としてのマナーも持ち合わせていないように感じます。
青森市に住むのであれば絶対にここで契約しない方がいいです。

・The cost of moving out is surprisingly high, and the condition of the room isn't taken into account, and you'll be asked to stamp your seal without requesting an estimate from the contractor.
・It was said that it could be used if a line was connected to the Internet, but in reality it was not, and I had to wait until the construction was started.
・I feel like I don't have the manners as a member of society because the response over the telephone is overwhelming.
If you live in Aomori City, you should definitely not sign here.

Please read the documents properly when signing a contract with us. If there is any dirt or breakage when you move in, leave it in the image properly and have it checked. When you move out, you will have to pay for the dirt and damage before moving in. Don't believe the word "this is okay" in charge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メールで物件の問い合わせをしたところ、対応が面倒なのか、資料を取りに来てくださいの一点張りでメールやFAXでは対応いただけませんでしたし、言い様も高圧的に感じました。物件を仲介する業者としての最低限の機能を有していないように思いました。
When I inquired about the property by e-mail, I couldn't respond by e-mail or fax because it was a hassle to respond, so please come to pick up the materials. I didn't think it had the minimum function as an intermediary for the property.
