サービス悪い。

他店はタイヤの破損を嫌って、なかなかそういった作業に良い返事がありませんでした。
しかし、こちらは迅速にご返事いただき、更に料金も他よりも安かったのが本当にありがたかったです。
タイヤ選びなどについてもアドバイスをいただき、本当に勉強になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整備点検を依頼し、完了後事前に確認で光軸バッチリかメカニックに確認をした。車検場でユーザー車検受けたら、光軸がズレまくっていて、うちの機械では大丈夫だったと言われ、挙句、光軸はサービスでやっている、車動いたらズレるに決まってると逆上。あれだけズレてたら自分の所の車検全部落ちると思うが...。(結局 点検していないのだろう)
結局近くの予備検査所で調整する始末。見積もりには「おすすめ車検コース」と書かれてたので信頼してたのに裏切られた気持ちになった。だったら最初から見積もりに光軸調整を入れるべき。
見積もりも紛失したり、催促しないと見積書をくれなかったり、車以外の事務仕事が雑。

Estimates are also lost, and if you don't remind me, you won't give me a quote, and my office work other than cars is complicated.

簡単な直し方を選んだので不安でしたが
きれいに直してくれてどこが傷かわかりません。
2日間で終わり車を取りに行くと
車が外だけでなく中もきれいなっていて
感激しました。
掃除なんてついでなのに
ついでって感じの掃除ではなく
隅まできれいだったから心がある仕事を感じました。
